RESEARCH INTERESTS:
South China Normal University is offering Postdoctoral Fellowships.
Area of Specialization: Category learning, reasoning, basal ganglia, functional MRI.
Our lab is interests in cognitive and neural foundations of learning, in particular implicit learning and category learning. We use functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) to identifying how different regions of the basal ganglia support stimulus, response, and outcome processing during instrumental learning. Our lab is also interested in how decision making and executive function systems are recruited and adapted to meet the demands of category learning and explicit rule learning via hypothesis testing.
