Chuansheng Chen，加州大学尔湾分校心理科学系教授，博士生导师，系主任，校长教授（Chancellor’s Professor）获得者。主要研究领域包括跨文化心理学、青少年发展、认知神经科学和行为遗传学。目前已在Science、Nature Communications、PNAS等国际著名SSCI、SCI期刊上发表论文300余篇，根据最新谷歌学术指数（2019年6月3日），其论文总被引15757次（2014年至今被引6835次），h指数为64（2014年至今为46），i 10指数为161（2014年至今为142）。

讲座摘要：

To paraphrase Ebbinghaus, cultural psychology has a long past but a short history. With recent advances in human genomics, cultural psychology needs to rethink about the relations between culture and genes. In this talk, I will integrate recent research on those relations, articulate a new subfield of cultural genomics, outline the key issues involved in cultural genomics (unit of analysis, timescale, mechanisms, and direction of influence), and discuss ideological, theoretical, and methodological challenges in cultural genomics and propose tentative solutions.
